Hi I have Ipad that are Icloud locked. I have no access to the account as its been locked and apple are not helpful with this issue does anyone have any Idea on what i can do?

As long as you have the receipt you can take it into Apple who can wipe it.

I had a similar issue where an iPhone was locked with a passcode and no one knew the code. I contacted Apple support, provided them with proof of purchase from the reseller which included the serial number and they were able to remotely factory reset it/clear the passcode.

Contact Misco and provide them with a rough date of when it was purchased. They should be able to resend over an invoice or proof with the serial number.

Misco no longer exist.

 

Without proof of purchase you're a bit stuck. If you got them from Misco then there'll be an invoice or order somewhere.

 

If you don't have that then... well, not my place to question, but back to a sticky wicket.

Unfortunately without proof of purchase you are a bit stuck. The only way to get the iPad back up and running would be to replace the logic board with a non activation locked one.
