Hi

Im just moving a couple of schools into a single O365 tenant for email and Sharepoint and wondered is it better to create Multiple Document Libraries in Sharepoint rather than just a single one? The schools are quite small hence the reason for moving their shared areas to Sharepoint.

Thanks

We use a single document library with sub folders, seems to work well.
Asked from a position of ignorance:

Would that cause problems if you wanted to use "Teams for Education" eg to distribute files or homework tasks? I had am idea that each "Team" has its own library.

No we use Teams and it has its own files section for each group.
