We have deployed Office 2016 Professional Plus on our Windows 10 1709 clients site wide. That may change soon though, as if Windows 10 1809 and Office 365 2019 are good to deploy, I'll be moving to them in the coming months.

Just moved to 2016 from 2010 but we are a mix with Google Apps too

Why is there Office 365 and Office 2019 on a subscription? Do they both get updates monthly?
