[1803, au] Strange one with sims!

Afternoon!

 

Bit of strange one and I was wondering if anyone could help me?

 

Solus 3 is struggling to deploy sims to a brand new windows 10 machine. The error message displayed is "Access denied to the local machine". Now, I've tried the usual pinging from sims etc. However, the one issue I do have is that I'm unable to access the targets C$ share on the sims server. I can access it from my desktop (windows10) other servers (Server 2016, 2012 and 2008) but not from the sims server.

 

On the sims server I can reach other c$ shares but not this particular target. I have all so tried to flush the dns.

 

Any ideas?

I Had a similar problem with mine, turns out the server which Solus UI was installed on was using SMB v1 instead of v2/3, have to enable V2/3 then drop SMB v1 and it worked perfectly.
