Network issues - Card sleeping?

I have recently upgraded some older Stone machines to Windows 10. They are having problems with the Network card going to sleep. I went through and set the device manager yesterday, but there wasn't allow this computer to turn off this device, but there is 'Energy Efficient Internet', I have unticked that, and all the options in the power save option but they are still disconnecting. A reboot brings the card back to life, but it's frustrating in an IT Suite were sometimes the computers are left on but not in use, I need them to still be useable later on in the day!.

Do they respond to a WOL being sent?

If so you could create an event on your server which sends this once and hour just to confirm machine alive and then stop the task from 5pm onwards ?

Also - what NIC & driver version ?
