Arthur Posted July 17, 2018 Posted July 17, 2018 I four to five days out of mine but it is used for eight hours a day. Probably the best mouse you can get IMO! Have you ever had any issues with the cursor being erratic? With my MX Master 2S I found that I had to move the unifying receiver further away from my desktop PC using an extension cable.
Norphy Posted July 17, 2018 Posted July 17, 2018 No. There was an issue with the mouse in Bluetooth mode where the mouse had to be turned on before the computer booted or it would only work sporadically but that stopped happening after a while. I'm assuming a driver update or Windows update fixed that. Other than the battery life being nothing like advertised, the mouse has been very good. As I say though, I use it as a Bluetooth mouse, I don't use the receiver.

Just to say that *may* have import tax applied when it gets to the uk which would be on top of that cost.
Arthur Posted July 17, 2018 Posted July 17, 2018 (edited) Just to say that *may* have import tax applied when it gets to the uk which would be on top of that cost. In most cases shouldn't the Import Fees Deposit (~£40 in this case) cover the import duty and other fees? With your authorization, these funds are used by the carrier or another agent to pay the Import Fees on your behalf (or the recipient's behalf) to the appropriate authorities of the destination country ("Import Fees Deposit"). Duties and taxes are calculated based on the market value (actual price before any promotions) of the product and not the price after Amazon promotions. This allows destination country customs authorities to obtain the accurate import duties and taxes owed to them based on the actual value of the goods. You won't be charged additional fees if the actual Import Fees exceed the Import Fees Deposit we estimated. If the actual Import Fees are less than the Import Fees Deposit collected by us on your behalf, you'll automatically be refunded the difference to the payment method you used for the order. You'll receive a notification e-mail confirming the amount of the refund. The process takes 60 days from the shipment date. I have never had to pay any extra fees when ordering items from Amazon US despite the import fees being an estimate. Edited July 17, 2018 by Arthur 1
Garacesh Posted July 18, 2018 Posted July 18, 2018 PayPal does similar, too. I bought something off eBay from the US and it calculated the import charge and gave me the option of paying it whilst I was checking out. Item showed up at my door about a week later, no fuss.
