Another marketing gimmick methinks. I've steadfastly refused to consume any of their products since the institutional investors sold this once, Great British company out into overseas ownership. Especially, as the new owners welched on their promise to keep the historic production facility at Bristol in production, moving it, by all accounts, to Poland!

I'm told that their chocolate doesn't taste the same anymore as well.

I really want to submit 'Raspberry Honeycomb Fudge' but can't think of anything witty to say about it. I just want it because Raspberry Honeycomb Fudge is amazeballs.

There's your reason then - no need for a long sob story around how you always had raspberries before an evil developer bulldozered the land.

I submitted it with the quote "I can't think of anything witty to say about it. I just want it because Raspberry Honeycomb Fudge is amazeballs."

Ah a like minded person...I wonder how many of us there are. I understand they reduced the cocoa content...and added more sugar....both of which added to my desire to avoid their products!

I saw a thingy a while ago saying that the price of cocoa has gone up over the last few years so the companies are trying to find new ways of reducing the amount of chocolate in the bars

Hence the curved profile rather than square

hence also the increase of chocolate bars with other cheaper stuff in then - anything to reduce the amount of chocolate
