Just wondering if anyone has come across and decoded the beep codes from an Lenovo M72z all in one PC. The motherboard is making two long, three shorts beeps in a higher tone, and two shorts beeps in most higher tone. The latter two beeps appeared after I swapped out the CMOS battery, so are quite likely related to that. I've looked in the hardware maintenance manual but the beep codes don't match those mentioned (https://download.lenovo.com/ibmdl/pub/pc/pccbbs/thinkcentre_pdf/m72z_hmm.pdf).

Someone else has had similar beeps but could not find a solution.

There is an attachment with a recording of the beeps.

Thanks.

What spec is it? I've got an M72Z sat in my room with a smashed screen, mines a Pentium, but if the mobo is the same for a small donation to school funds and postage it's yours...

Thanks for the offer. Ours is an i3. I've actually got another M72z where some darling student has inscribed some inappropriate words in the screen, so I will be swapping components if nobody else can help.
