Speedway Chase Cam Action

Myself and SliderFPV from Droneislife.co.uk got the awesome opportunity to chase the amazing Plymouth Devils Speedway team around their track on a practice day.

 

The mud and dust was a challenge for the quads in the air, after landing you could see wear on the props where they had been pelted by rocks and fine dust but the Gemfan Windancer props were more than up for the job.

my other half works at poole stadium, home of the poole pirates.

and if i had a quad setup i would totally ask to do a flight at the stadium. or both the speedway and the grayhounds

Thats excellent, Im guessing the Plymouth Devils and Poole Pirates are in the same league or something? Sorry I don't follow speedway but I can see how skilled and passionate these guys are about their amazing sport.

 

I love it when different sports/interests overlap and cross paths, some amazing things can be done if you have a group of people all passionate about what they do. All the team were so talented and great to chat with, I think I might of converted a few to trying FPV racing soon as they soon saw the 'adreniline on tap' effect it has

That's some serious flying!!! Me and me dad bought a Mavic drone a year ago and still haven't flown it yet!! We need our wrist slapped!!! So much cool stuff that could be filmed. Thanks for the inspiration!
