Office 365 Administrators Crash Course Videos/Documentation

Hi all,

 

can anyone point me in the direction of a O365 Admin "crash course" as finding alot of the jobs i am looking for have O365 as a requirement/Nice to have and it isnt something which i have used from a Network Admin point of view.
