Very specific, love to know your reasoning. :)

That's when McDonalds first opened Drive-Thru's in the UK and is where a lot of people get their morning coffee from when they're on their way to work! :)

Not round here - they wouldnt be seen dead with a McDonalds coffee - it has to be Costa!

They aren't too bad, tried one with a breakfast meal once. Oh, and you get your 7th cup free... though yes, if I am having a rare treat for myself of coffee... I prefer Costa too. ;)

I don't really see the issue with drinking coffee/hot drinks while driving, yes there's a risk but so long as you put it down in a suitable cup holder while you're not drinking & don't drink while maneuvering etc the risks are minimal

I only really started doing it when I was driving all over the country between sites doing 1k+ miles a week

I don't see the problem with drinking (coffee/tea/soft drinks) in the car while driving, so long as you are sensible about it. If I'm driving for more than an hour in the car I always have a bottle of water in the cup holder. I'll take a drink when I need one and the road conditions are suitable (not on a bend, no other cars close by, no danger of "surprise" junctions or people coming out of hidden walk ways.

Same goes for coffee, I'll leave it in the cup holder until its warm (not hot) and sip away at it when conditions are suitable. It's a benefit of good thermal cups that coffee will stay warm for ages in it.

Taking a drink in sensible conditions is no more dangerous than adjusting air con/radio/sat nav/talking with a passenger.
