SCCM error code 0x80070002

Hi guys.

 

I've set up a new 1706 SCCM server and have created my first task sequence.

 

However the task sequence is failing with the error code 0x80070002, its showing this error during the applying operating system image stage

 

viewing the smsts.log in CMTrace, I'm getting the following error, which has the error code I'm getting in the line of it, but I've had no luck finding a solution online.

 

ShellExecute ('raserver.exe') failed. 0x80070002. TSPxe 12/04/2018 10:43:11 1412 (0x0584)

 

I keep seeing info regarding the network access account in relation to this particular error code, but that's all configured in the console
