Edinburgh Reading Test - not letting students login

Hi,

 

We have ERT installed on our destktops for our SEN students that need testing when they arrive in school - i created an account on friday for a student that started this morning. She has gone to login in the usual format of gender & date of birth before clicking on the name. the computer holds for upto 1 minute then errors and says that 'Please inform your teacher that the test cannot be completed at this time' or 'The pupil has already logged in. Please inform your teacher' then you click on ok then the ERT login box comes up. Just wanted to know if anyone experienced or experiencing a similar issue?

Did you get this working?

We are having issues with trying to get this working with Windows 10, as soon as it try to start the test it stops with 'Please inform your teacher that the test cannot be completed at this time' or 'The pupil has already logged in. Please inform your teacher'.

We have found that it will run as a Admin by telling the software to 'Run As Administrator'.
