Hi All,

Have a RCA camera that we would like to stream to youtube.

Unfortunatly the cables are terminated in a room that cant be locked and regulary gets visitors so can just use a capture card in a machine as it will be tinkered with.

After a standalone box that can fit in a network cab that will take the RCA input and stream to youtube directly without needing any pc to be connected.

Seen the Hauppauge HD PVR2 Gaming Edition but looks like you need a windows machine connected.

Theres also the startech USB2HDCAPS but it looks like the streaming apps are out of date.

Any recommendations.

Do you mean composite video, with an RCA connection on the cable? You can use baluns to convert the composite stream, then you can run it over Cat5e well away from this area to a little PC or similar to do the job away from inquisitive fingers. Edited by 3s-gtech

The red white yellow cables.

Suppose thats an option. Got many sockets in my room.

Think i might have a older tv capture card at home otherwise would need to get one.
