Title: IT Engineer (1st /2nd Line/ 3rd Line)

Valid Enhanced DBS clearance is required

 

GreatFind Recruitment are looking for 2 x IT Engineer contractors who will be working in Secondary Schools in North London.

We will be interested to hear from Engineers at all levels who are Enhanced DBS cleared and available to start immediately.

 

Duties and responsibilities

 

· Respond to and resolve ICT incidents, and identify room for improvement

· Regularly communicate with the users and internal team to keep them updated and informed.

· By request, assist the change implementation

· Keep regular and accurate incident records.

 

Personal Qualifications and experience

(Requirements may have varied by contracts)

 

· DBS clearance is required

· A proven track record of outstanding technical and customer support experience

· Willing to provide excellent customer support with good communication and interpersonal skills

· Able to work alone on client’s site

· Work knowledge of Windows 2008, Server 2008, XP, AD, Microsoft Outlook, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP etc.

· Well-organised with good time management skills

· Good problem solving and trouble shooting skills

· CompTIA, MCSA /MCP accredited

· CCNA accreditation is desirable

· Experience in a school environment is preferable but not necessary
