bodminman Posted February 26, 2018 Posted February 26, 2018 Good morning, We’ve a got a weird issue where some users cannot get to their school email by going to portal.microsoft.com or outlook.com/ourdomain.co.uk There are no errors, just a blank screen. Any ideas? Thanks
XiJ Posted February 26, 2018 Posted February 26, 2018 I find the whole MS office portal flakey at best. Different browsers might help you here - but what works one day might not work the next!
Katy Posted February 26, 2018 Posted February 26, 2018 Blank screen usually means there's something blocking you from accessing secure.aadcdn.microsoftonline-p.com (it got accidentally added to some filter's block lists last week, and accidentally blackholed for anyone using 9.9.9.9 dns) 1
Chrisauk Posted February 26, 2018 Posted February 26, 2018 We too are getting this issue and are currently investigating. Doesn't seem to be filtering related. Very strange! 1

BKGarry Posted February 26, 2018 Posted February 26, 2018 I have been getting this randomly this morning. Thought I was going crazy and it was my fault (we migrated from using IAM Cloud in the half term to using our own onsite ADFS server)
MkII Posted February 26, 2018 Posted February 26, 2018 (edited) A definitions update to our watchguard firewall caused this issue for us. They rolled it back we heard, although a reboot was necessary to pick that up. Edited February 26, 2018 by MkII
bodminman Posted February 26, 2018 Author Posted February 26, 2018 Right then, although secure.aadcdn.microsoftonline-p.com was added to both the External allow and Ignore list, the Lightspeed box was fstill flagging it up as Malicious. So I have now recatagorised it back to 'Microsoft. and all is now workign as it should! Thanks for the help.
