Earnie from iris reports not installing

Hi has anyone else had this problem that Earnie from Iris will not install the reports components as it is not digitally signed in the right way? Can I disable digital signing for msi’s?

We've recently had Earnie installed. Had lots of issues to begin with but it seems better now. Our users got prompted to install extra components when they opened Earnie which we had to provide admin credentials for. Didn't have an issue with it not being digitally signed unless our machines are already setup to not worry about digitally signed msi's.

 

Are you on the latest version of Earnie? Might be worth giving Earnie a call to see what they say.
