We have a iPad that is in a boot loop I have tried restoring the iPad and it got through the first stage and applies the image and the firmware. When it boots for the second time it has the progress bar comes up and gets to a quarter and then restarts. Has anyone got a fix or know why it is in a boot loop or any software that is free to diagnose and test ourselves? any advise would be appreciated

Thanks

tried both of them and got nothing at all :(. is there away of assigning and old iOS to the device the putting the latest one on as I think when the teacher has done the update that it was connected to power to start the update off but then disconnected when on the install screen and then its battery has died.
