I remember seeing an interview with him on BBC News years ago, was surprised he was British, and he seemed really nice and charismatic, not like Frasier's dad at all, which is how most of us probably knew him

Was interesting him talking about his stage career etc.

Most depressing to realise that he was younger than I am now when he was starring in Frasier - he always seemed really old
