Free Proxy Server

Hi

Is there a good Free Proxy server out there to

Authenticate Wired and Wireless Users via Active Directory for HTTP & HTTPS?

 

I can authenticate them via PaloAlto firewall but the problem is with Wifi users, its hard to send them PA Certificate so that they can authenticate and use wireless services.

Won't you get certificate warnings with whatever proxy you are using if you don't the certificate to install?

I used to use squid and danguardian it worked great but the commercial version smooth wall is better
