Clevertouch Power red blue flashing

We have a clever touch board here who's power light is flashing red and blue very quickly.

Cant detect any signals and turning it off and back on again hasn't resolved it. Anyone else had this?

Having the same issue here and logged a support call last Friday but not heard anything. Does anyone know what the solution is? Thanks.

I get this on my second monitor (Hyundai) if there is a HDMI connection problem. I know its a different manufacturer, but there is an outside chance their panels are the same?

 

I've swapped the cable out a few times to get it working. Could it be something to do with that perhaps?

Hi, Just wanted to update this and say that turning off, removing all cables and turning back on with nothing plugged in fixed the problem. Then used the existing cables to connect up and all was fine again.
