hardtailstar Posted March 19, 2018 Posted March 19, 2018 Finished the module 'Technical Support Fundamentals' over the weekend. Whilst I knew a lot of it already, some of it was a nice reminder of things id forgotten or not known about. Working on the next module now. Id recommend it to anyone either as a new person to IT or seasoned IT worker. 1
