Hi all,

Spent the best part of the day trying to get the android apps onto the Asus C202S. They are now in stable mode, so i'm told, but the Google Play store doesn't appear on the Chromebooks.

I believe that i've allowed the Android services in all the correct places and approved the apps i want to install. This was all pretty much following these instructions.

Can anyone point me in the direction where i can get some Android apps on the devices please?

Update to the thread.

Managed to get the play store onto the device now and think it's just our filtering that is blocking the downloading of the app. Works fine from my mobile hotspot.

The final thing i had to change in the admin console so that the Google play store would install was the users data setting setting it to NOT delete the users local user data when the user logged off. Did a policy reload and logged off and on for the store to install :)

The setting is found in device management>chrome management>Device and under the sign in settings.
