Sims Capita Direct Scan Options and costs

Hi we are looking at the Brother Direct Scan to Capita Sims

Was wondering if anyone else is using it or are use any other option.

 

We do not really what to use photo copier as last time we looked in it was extremely expensive.

 

He have rough price on the brother unit but wonder what other costs might be ir Sims Capita Licence to link?
