Purple Mash issue, need someone else to try.

A teacher just brought a problem to my attention, it doesn't seem to be letting us download PDF's

 

Does anyone have Purple mash that can test it at their end for me so I can see if it's a problem just here or globally?

 

If you're logged in to the Purple Mash website and search "festive" there should be a Participation certificate PDF, can you check if that opens for you?

 

I've tried it in Chrome and Edge both just go back to the home screen when I click it or any other PDF

Yes takes you straight back to home page.

Just tried it here, it would appear that anything in the search just takes you back to the home screen.

 

On the right hand side (not in search) there was a link to a festive competition, clicking that opened fine, and from there I could open pdfs.
