Anyone know of any Vmware training?

Thinking about training for me and my team, does anyone know of any Vmware (vSphere) training thats affordable (£££`s not ££££`s)

All of the ones I can find are way out of our price range

both would be great - its just finding something thats affordable for our budget

Training with certification is going to be expensive as the courses are mandatory, have your thought are online course providers like cbt nuggets or pluralsight? even with a second hand server still comes out cheaper than one of the big training companies

Cbt nuggets cover the same as the official VMware course if you just want to watch the videos.

 

The inclass VMware training is needed if you wish to do the certs.

 

I have done both. And found the inclass stuff more beneficial as you can ask questions to other people in the field. Don’t do the class room anywhere. You may as just watch the videos.

 

I used QA for the training. If you are in education they should do you a good deal once you get the education account manager. I think they are Leeds based.
