Prowise Lag

Hi all, I have a new entry line 75" prowise board but its suffering with lag. Has anyone else had this issue or know of a fix?

We had lag on one of our Genee boards. Replaced the USB lead with a decent, shorter one and the problem went away.

This is with the built in pc, even having it on the built in android app

although we don't have those boards I've seen 2 things affect our boards. 1, surface contamination and 2, local interference. Look for wifi or dect phones, security camera or badly earthed devices and broken psus. also some newer energy saving strip lights as well. basically start unplugging devices nearby or move the board for testing to rule out environmental factors.
