Sophos Console - Update Manager issues

Hi all,

 

I have an issue with the Sophos update manager at one of my sites, it is currently stuck Updating Binary's, the issue is with Sophos at the moment but I wondered if anyone else has come across this issue before? So far i have tried:

 

 

1. Clearing the contents of the %programdata%\sophos\update manager\update manager\warehouse and %programdata%\sophos\update manager\working folders
   
2. Removing and re instating the Update Manager
   
3. Resetting the Software Subscription
   
4. Restarting the server
   

 

All has come to nothing though and I know I could be waiting months for a response from Sophos.

HI Bentley.We occasionally have issues with the update manager.I have found by restarting these services it usually irons out the problem.In services, try Sophos MCS client first, and if this does not work try Sophos MCS Agent.Good luck :)Jason
