[SIMS] Parent App - Attendance dates

Hi everyone,

 

I am currently going through final stages of testing the SIMS parent app. One of our members of staff also happens to be a parent so she is kindly testing it out for me. One small problem I am having is that the attendance figures shown only seem to go back to the date I managed to setup the parent app service rather than going back to the start of the school term but all the school weeks are showing in the app. If you click on a register mark for one of the previous weeks it just says unavailable. Is there a way to configure the dates for attendance going out of SIMS ?

You should certainly be able to see attendance marks from before Parent App is initiated. Please raise a case.
