Teams working in Chrome but not in IE and Edge

We have been using Teams for a quite a while now and all was fine but recently we can only access it by using Chrome or the client install. We just get D'oh! Something went wrong on the screen. We run Smoothwall, Windows 10 but don't think

it can be proxy as it works fine in Chrome and the desktop client.

Have you got things like skype.com and teams.microsoft.com whitelisted? We found some of the bits that can't load scripts etc show errors differently in different browsers. If you got an unfiltered account try it on IE and see if it still gives same error

I've tried Chrome, IE, Edge, Firefox and the client since ours went live. Get same error.

We have all the sites whitelisted, don't think it is proxy as it works in Chrome and the desktop app. Done a few more investigations and it seems specific to Windows 10 build 1703 as it works fine on 1511 and 1607.

Which urls? (though why MS can't make stuff that works with their own software without tweaking...)

There is a website with all the links you need to whitelist and put in either your trusted sites or internet sites.

If it's https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Office-365-URLs-and-IP-address-ranges-8548a211-3fe7-47cb-abb1-355ea5aa88a2?ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US#bkmk_teams , that's a ridiculous amount of sites!

OK getting abit further down the line. Can access teams in IE and Edge on 1703 but only when using 'InPrivate Browsing'.
