Installing Chinese Simplified Chinese Pinyin (extra options)

We have a chinese teacher who previously had the Chinese Simplified IME installed on Windows 7 - there was a menu pop-up in the systray that used to bring up a list of different "PinYin" characters. But this has been removed in Windows 10. Can anyone offer any suggestions?

 

Sorry it's a bit vague, but if there are any download links of any additional IME packs available - they're probably worth a try.
