SMART 11.4 Powerpoint 2016 (Win7x64)

Anybody else using Smart 11.4 with PowerPoint 2016 on Win7x64, we moved over in the summer to 2016 and now having issues where the PowerPoint only recognises the pen when in edit mode, and not in presentation mode.

Found 1 article on Smart which looked similar to do with folder redirection causing this issue. But even logging on as the local admin has the same issue, so don't think it's that causing it.

 

Anybody have any fixes I could try?

Check you have the latest VSTO updates installed (or maybe the ones they recommend you use with Smart 11).

 

Is there a reason you're still using such an old version? They're on 17.1 now.

A lot of us are on 11.4 as SMART changed their licensing to a subscription model.

Yeah subscription model killed it for us, can't afford to upgrade.
