What RSS software do you use?

...or am I the only one still using RSS? (Judging from the date of the last post in this sub-forum, I may well be).

 

I like Desktop Ticker on main larger devices but use Newsflow on my tablet/phone.

 

What do people use? I'm particularly interested in Windows stuff that imports opml lists, doesn't require signing up to a service and, because I'm tight, is free.
