Time Sync

Just noticed all my computers/server all have different times.

 

Is there way to set up a time sync server so all my computers have the right time?

Yeah, point your DCs to a known-good source (I use uk.pool.ntp.org) and then point everything else to your DCs (Windows PCs on a domain should get time from the DCs automatically).

 

While you're at it, point your switches/routers to the DCs so your log timestamps sync up.

Remember you may need to configure you firewall to allow said server to communicate out to the NTP source for it to work.

I've used the NTP Tool to test in the past.

As others have said, point your DC that holds the PDC Emulator role at a suitable external source, all domain PC's are configured by default to look for this. It should e possible to get your time on your whole domain within 3-5 seconds of the speaking clock.
