might wanna check they havent stealth enabled it, im sure last year it became opt out as mine got enabled one day and i remember seeing a message like that.

 

if not thats shit, they over subscrible their dns servers and they run like crap

 

First thing I checked. It's been a couple of weeks now, I have re-enabled it (Pi-Hole) and it's working for now, will see what happens.
