ActiView capture greyed out

I have a promethean visualiser and trying to set up the capture function however it is greyed out!?!?

Any reason why?

When you open up the ActiView software you must click on live view before the capture button is active.

If you are still having issues, please provide your OS version and also your ActiView software version.
