How do you call in a repair with HP?

I have purchased a 3 year carepack for one of our HP printers. Its now time that I need to call in an engineer to look at this printer but does anyone know how you log a repair call with HP? I have searched for an appropriate website or phone number but my google prowess has failed me.

Yes. That was a pain in itself. The website wouldnt accept the serial number as a valid number. Support had to register it for me.

I have a document for frequently used support numbers, and I've listed HP as "Voice activated, beware" but their Business/Public Sector Line should be 0207 949 0416
