Google Maps has our address incorrectly

I have selected 'Own this business' to no avail.

 

What's the next step?

 

All school mail is going to a residential address and the occupant of the house is livid about it.

Scratch it.

 

The bursar has a friend that works for Google in London and has gotten him to sort it out just literally a few mins ago. The changes were instant.

Wish it were that simple for the rest of us though.

 

They had our Primary phase and Secondary phase phone numbers the wrong way around and it took them months to sort it out which meant months of parents phoning the wrong sites and since we have 2 separate PBXs, the calls couldn't simply be transferred which also resulted in some of the parents hanging up then somehow ringing the wrong number again!

Why would people rely on a Google map, rather than the school website!!!! (Rhetorical)
