eddyc Posted June 30, 2017 Posted June 30, 2017 Hello all, We have Heinemann Expo and Echo software installed which runs from our P:\ drive on our current 2008 R2 apps server. When I copy the files to a new server and share (Now mapped as P:\) running 2012 R2, the software prompts for a license key, everytime it is launched. Does anyone know how to resolve this please? Kind regards, eddyc
3s-gtech Posted June 30, 2017 Posted June 30, 2017 You may find that the license key is a system file and isn't getting copied across. Turn off the hiding of system files and see if you can find it in the install folders.

eddyc Posted July 17, 2017 Author Posted July 17, 2017 Hello everyone, Just giving the post a cheeky bump. I can't find any registration details anywhere between the two shares so am at a bit of a loss. Every time the applications are launched on Win 10 I am prompted for a serial number. This is not the case on Win 7 Kind regards, eddyc
