APMerry Posted June 9, 2017 Posted June 9, 2017 Is anyone on Windows 10 using autograph? Autograph Maths - The Dynamic Classroom Software I've added the DLL for anniversary update described on their support site and also tried the new version they've recently released. Both networked versions wont open when clicked, the standalone works okay. The program appears in task manager but doesn't actually open. Anyone else had this problem?
3s-gtech Posted June 9, 2017 Posted June 9, 2017 I never got our old version working with Windows 7 x64. I just moved to using Graph. 1
APMerry Posted June 9, 2017 Author Posted June 9, 2017 I never got our old version working with Windows 7 x64. I just moved to using Graph. Thanks, I might look at this if I cant find a solution to get Autograph working. It works fine on Win7 64bit for me.
thimon Posted June 9, 2017 Posted June 9, 2017 We're only just upgrading to 1607 here and came up against the DLL error last week after updating Windows (we were running Autograph 3.3.10). Uninstalled Autograph through Control Panel, then ran the Autograph 3.3.11 installer. When we opened Autograph after the installer finished it had remembered all the licencing information and worked fine first time.
Guest mrtems1 Posted June 11, 2017 Posted June 11, 2017 We have it working. I'll send the fix through tomorrow.
APMerry Posted June 14, 2017 Author Posted June 14, 2017 Got it working - Created a new folder called "Autograph" in Program Files (x86) and copied all of the files from the Autograph 3.3 folder. Only copy the files on the route of that folder, do not copy any of the other folders. Then create new shortcut to the agraph.exe in the new Autograph folder. Beyond me why this works, but it does.
