[bug/error] Cannot give Rep

having already repped @Theory I now cannot rep him on any other threads. I think what you are seeing is rep protection designed to make sure the rep system does not get abused.

@Joanne: Right click the 'Rep Star' and open in a new tab. There you will see a message that is relevant to your ability/inability to Rep that post.
