Icons and Edge

I would like to disable the firstrun page in Edge, and would also like to rearrange the icons if possible on the desktop.

 

Are these possible?

First run page in Edge can be disabled in 1703 but not before. Rearranging the icons - do you mean the position and order? i don't think that's possible.

3s-gtech is correct, you can use group policy to control that behavior in Edge only starting with 1703. For desktop arraignment, you could maybe try USMT or some other profile capture/deployment tool. Perhaps customizing the Default Profile in sysprep audit mode?
