AB Tutor Locking

I am experiencing problems when staff member has ab tutor running, three pcs have the attached screen displayed. Locked user out of pc.

No virus found when scan run.

Rebooted.

 

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Has one of the pupils got on the teacher PC and set a blank screen?

No students have been on the teacher pc.

have any other teacher have been on there pc or the other one has any one got set other classroom setup on this

I can confirm that no other teachers have been on the pc or the set up for the room.

The only way I have found to remove this is to reformat the pc.

Is this a bug in AB tutor or a virus?

Couldn't you remove the PC from the network, log in as local admin and uninstall ABTutor?

Thank you. I could just remove AB tutor, have you encountered a screen as attached on the original post before?
