Thank you. I could just remove AB tutor, have you encountered a screen as attached on the original post before?

I can confirm that no other teachers have been on the pc or the set up for the room. The only way I have found to remove this is to reformat the pc. Is this a bug in AB tutor or a virus?

No students have been on the teacher pc.

I am experiencing problems when staff member has ab tutor running, three pcs have the attached screen displayed. Locked user out of pc. No virus found when scan run. Rebooted. Any advice greatly appreciated. ab tutor issue.docx
