Friendly, exceptionally assessed, Independent school aiming at providing an all-round education to pupils with high aspirations, requires a technician to join its well-funded and supportive team.

You will be tasked with providing excellent 1st and 2nd line support via the helpdesk and in classroom, supporting a wide range of current hardware and software products, including Windows and MAC, AV, Server, DNS, DHCP, IP, whiteboards, projectors, peripherals, wireless etc

 

You will have good knowledge of supporting enterprise systems via ITIL methodology, ideally have degree or similar academic qualifications and/or CCNA, MCP, MCITP etc, able to communicate technical issues to non-technical staff in a calm helpful way
