Hello

We are currently experiencing issues with machines where whenever you go on a CS6 product it will ask for the Adobe id and then the activation code, once done it will load into photoshop (or any other product being used) and then ask for activation again, if you do the code or in fact press continue trial it will work fine however if you close photoshop and re open it, it will ask you again for activation, likewise with when log off and log back in it will repeat the process of asking to log in and activate.

we are running windows 7 on the machines, and i did have to reinstall Photoshop on the machines due to it asking me to.

if anyone can help that would be great

We've started having this recently. Activating it when logged on as the administrator seems to sort it. Adobe's official answer is to put the details in a notepad document on the desktop and paste them in every time.......

We also had this last week. Turns out my admin image (made with AAMEE) was a bit broken and something didn't work on the activation side. I made a new image and it works fine.

@Nwaynebarwell

We had troubles like this and if my memory serves me well one of my technicians uses a license fixing tool from adobe: Adobe - Adobe Licensing Repair Tool

Don't know if this will work for you but its worth a shot.

Also if you you are using Smoothwall as your proxy try watching the URL's that the application is trying to connect to when that user or a test user accesses Adobe products.

Good luck
