PaperCut MF - show delegated print jobs on copier panel?

If I allow Bob to print jobs for Alice using delegated printing (User account > advanced), Bob can go to https://papercutURL/release, login and send Alice's jobs to print.

 

However, if Bob logs into a copier (Konica Bizhubs, in this case) and presses the PaperCut "Release" button, he doesn't see Alice's jobs.

 

What am I missing?

Think you have done everything right but I'm not familiar with PaperCut on Konica.

 

The basics of it are you go into the user i.e. the Head's PA and tell it you want them to release the jobs for the Head's user.
