Hi all,

 

Can anyone recommend where they purchase replacement laptop screens from?

 

I've used a company who have been great for years but in the few months have really gone off the boil.

 

So am on the look out for somewhere else to purchase them from.

We've bought from ebay in the past. Searching by part number instead of model of laptop and ticking 'include item description' tends to yield more results and lower prices.

 

The way I see it, if the screen's smashed once already, it'll probably be smashed again- so the user gets the cheapest replacement possible!

Yep totally agree about getting the cheapest ones, we regulary have student ones broken but we also have a fair few of staff ones too.

We used to use them too, until we recommended them to a member of staff here for their personal laptop, they sent the wrong screen initially, then wouldn't give a refund... so we don't use them any more... I can't be doing with that lack of after sales service... It's been months now and they've still not had a refund, so certainly not one I recommend any more either.

Bad news. They're good with me. never had problems. We're on account if they did mess about, they wouldn't get paid.

We are too as a school, so it'd be the same, but when it's a member of staff's own device / own money, I feel awful for recommending them...

We use Accupart for our screens, they are also listed on eBay, I believe as LCD-Kings.

 

Occasionally we found their eBay prices cheaper which they matched when we ordered directly with Accupart.

I'm new to this forum and I need to ask these guys you mentioned they sell Macbook Panels I need A1398 full panel?

 

If they don't who is the best and reliable?
