ICT TECHNICIAN – 37 hrs per week (40 weeks p.a.)

Salary Scale APT&C3/4 – Actual Salary £12,490 - £15,191p.a.

As a result of our designation as a Specialist Maths and Computing College, we require another ICT technician to join our team. We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic person to work with staff, students and the local community. The post will entail working in both Soar Valley College and the local primary schools.

Cor - I went to that school :) It was a brand new building way back then though and not a computer or electronic typewriter in sight :?

Yep - dragged up in Leicester - joined the Army at 19 - now live in Wolverhampton. :)

 

@ mark - would that be Rushy Mead then?

 

I had the honour of being amongst the first year 7s to go to the school. I'm surprised it's still standing, being of a pre-fab construction :)

Riverside Community College here. Was Rowley Feilds. Difference is i came to leicester from southampton. Looking for a part time technician here.

 

Russ any chance of meeting up? maybe i could pop to your school and look round/share idea's and you could come here (if your feeling brave).

@Alan - no - Ellis - All my mates went to Rushey Mead - I lived just outside the catchment [must be very small in Leicester!!!]

 

I remember it opening - a mate of mine - John Dimmock - transferred there in Y8

Looks a nice job and good pay, I really need to push hard at my pay review in Summer, as i work 52 weeks a year and longer hrs and get less than that and do more
