FN-GM Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 (edited) Is there any way to turn off this Star Trek theme and use the normal one please? The selection box at the bottom isn't working. Thanks Edited May 4, 2017 by ZeroHour 1

But, try using the 4th.. ..or see if changing the stardate will override the issue, it's simply a matter of re-configuring some conduits and you might as well throw in some sub-space interference while you're it.

sparkeh Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 'Star Trek' theme has been removed. I had to reselect it from the theme menu
ITBadger Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 There's a really easy fix, just wait for a maximum of 24 hours and it'll magically replace itself. 1
ZeroHour Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 Give me a few, I am hacking in an option to enable/disable special day themes. 1
ZeroHour Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 (edited) You can now disable special themes using the style menu on the top right. It applies to your account regardless of the bottom setting. This only disables date specific themes currently. You will still get date specific logo changes but not full site theme changes. After the day has passed you will automatically go back to your preferred theme if you have special themes enabled. Edited May 4, 2017 by ZeroHour 2
sparkeh Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 (edited) @ZeroHour I can't change theme at all now using the top right menu. Ignore, I am a dunce it seems. Edited May 4, 2017 by sparkeh

Hehe, yeah I know why you thought that You had special turned on... if you pick a default and leave special on it will go back to the selected theme after the date has passed. 1
mikeprice Posted May 5, 2017 Posted May 5, 2017 I'll be leaving it on however excessivly bright themes can be a problem - remember that people log on o EduGeek before the first coffee bright yellow/pink/green can be a shock when you are expecting a proper black theme - the colour of coffee 1
